Return and Refund Policy for Wxlkito

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Wxlkito. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
You can contact our support team to start a return. Please include your order number and the reason for returning the item. If your return is accepted we will give you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us right away if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong product. We will look into the issue and make it right for you.

Refunds
We will let you know once we receive and check your return. We will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
